Hi! We’re Rebecca & Jamie — the sandwich-slinging duo behind Finches Sandwiches & Sundries, our happy little sandwich shop nestled in a former cinderblock mechanic’s garage in Thunderbolt, Georgia. We opened our doors in 2020 with a dream of serving simple, crave-worthy food to our community — and somehow, against all odds, postpandemic, here we are.

At Finches, we keep things easy, breezy, and delicious. From classic grilled cheeses and egg salad to fresh, seasonal specials, we focus on comfort food made with care and quality ingredients. We’re big on good vibes, good dogs, good friends, weekend brunch, etc. You’ll always find cold beer, great music, and super friendly service — whether you're a Thunderbolt local, a tourist, or an industry regular.

Our menu is always evolving — we've served up 75+ different sandwich combinations to date! — but don’t worry, beloved staples like The Works aren’t going anywhere. Our space is cool, comfy, and updated but feels like it’s been around forever — a cozy, lived-in vibe with lots of personality.
